I'm happy to share my story with anybody who's interested. it all begin in home, i travel to Paris, then Paris to Rome were my experience adventure started. I love to traveling, but I'm not a tourist. I am a traveler from the heart. I have been exploring the world for as long as I can remember. As an Italian , As you know in Italy one of the things that brings people together is food and also in Nigeria culture we love life . I grow up in a family where my mom and dad will prepare different  kinds of Nigeria food, then we will all work together with my siblings to prepare food with them, then she will bring it to the table and we will all dish out as you preferred., so I was already familiarity with food. That processing as prepare me for the future.  As you know in calabar ( southeastern ) Nigeria every girl’s need to know how to cooked and so You are learning how to cook as a young girl , so when I moved to Italy it was easy when it come to food production, I'm Nigerian/Italian yeah! Every momentum changed as I left home excite adventure to stoicism. What really blows my mind was the food in Paris, I love croissant, it cause me to learn how to , am a pro haha! and I had my mind blows again ,when i tested  Ravioli spinach ricotta, it was WOW" that's what I would descried! Then Chinese dumpling in Asia which I'm also in love!
 I have travel around the world enjoying food but with the taste of  fresh ravioli(handmade) is different, but i was still thinking about business of pasta, that moment something happen within me the food Capture my attentions, and I wonder how! but I decided to take a training on food Production in Rome, as I started learning the history of the food in Italy, artesian "generation to generation" as in  family business , so I consider my self blessed to meet the family which I’m going to practice and learn,. Food is a secret treasure" the opportunities opened up for me.!
 At the beginning of this adventure I had my personal experience which is the best teacher, !No matter what your age, ethnicity, finances, or preferences, there’s one thing everyone has in common -" the love for good food!"
  I started do buy and selling with my mother at the age of five year old,  I was determined to learn and understand how to make a excellent Ravioli,. you know I'm always on the move, from Milan to ( Asia) Myanmar  where I have opportunity to visit also most all the Asian continents  were I began a new adventure in Yangon the capital city in 2014.
My passion for food was burning inside of me, at that moment I started thinking, maybe I can bring my  practice to resolve problems, so I began to research for the market! I believe we love chemicals free products, so I start making production by using  local ingredients to make Italian handmade fresh pasta ( Artesian) dessert , sauce ,.  producing the best quality food that everyone that testing love it, that is how “ Pasta Fresca BY MEME ”came to live. 
In a beautiful country of Myanmar, I start to Operating in production of handmade Italian fresh pasta !(Artisans for Family , friends, individual ,Ambassadors and with secretary - General of the United Nation late Kofi Annan,  since then pasta Fresca is still on the moved in different country to bring our best fresh pasta that taste deliciousness to you, I never stop learning!

 Have traveled to many countries and I’m still moving forward. I promise to keep  the best handmade with fineness local ingredients! food is  parted of me .  Amidst the food  festive and hearty smells and tastes, there is always a heartwarming story to go along with it. All glory to the host high for his Grace to keep me going.
